In the next few days we plan to start publishing things that were heard near the floors in Congress, news about the new president and all else that makes our Washington, DC town more than your average “company town.”  Lifestyle, art and leisure will also be a focus as we explore the issues of the day and the people that are front and center in the art of politics and world affairs.  Whether the news item is something that would be heard in those private cloak rooms off the floors of the U.S. House and Senate or if the news was “overheard” on Embassy Row, in Foggy Bottom or in the Metropolitan area, it will appear here.
